Currently, Christopher studies with Micah Wilkinson and Chad Winkler of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. He has also studied with Dr. Alvin Simpson, David Wygonik, and Vincent Adams. He recently gave his senior recital alongside Alan Leiws, Ann Labounsky, and the Bottom Button Brass at Calvary Episcopal Church in November of 2023, performing works by Torelli, Haydn, Hovhaness, Peeters, Langlais, Collier Jones, and Karg-Elert. Christopher also performed Telemann's Trumpet Sonata in D Major on baroque trumpet with the Dukes Music in October of 2023 and Handel's Let the Bright Seraphim and The Trumpet Shall Sound in April of 2024. He works on projects from brand new instruments to rebuilds of existing instruments, tunings and service work, and also as a voicer. He also studies as a piano technician with David Barr and is a library intern with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra.

Working with Dr. Paul Miller at Duquesne University, they developed a multimedia sound installation, Metanoic Echoes, in April of 2022 at the Gumberg Library. It featured sound samples and graphics controlled by electrical biosignals from live plants. Their research on this subject will be published in an upcoming edition of the Music Theory Online journal.
